Privacy notice
This notice explains what IMART (Maison Sacko studio) collects when you use IMARTSPACE, why, and your rights. Card data is handled by Stripe, not stored on our servers.
Who we are
Controller: IMART, a studio of Maison Sacko, operating IMARTSPACE at https://www.imartdesign.xyz. For people in Türkiye this notice is also our KVKK disclosure (Law 6698).
What we collect
Account: name, email, phone (optional), agency name, market, locale, plan and modules.
Billing metadata from Stripe: customer id, subscription id, payment status, amount and currency — never the full card number.
Space data you enter: listings, brand kit, site copy, team seats, leads captured on your IMART site, usage needed to run the product.
Technical: IP used for rate-limiting login, cookies (locale, market, httpOnly Space session).
Why (legal bases)
Contract: to open Space, bill the subscription, send the login code, and provide the product you paid for.
Legitimate interests / KVKK legitimate purpose: security (rate limits, session cookie), product reliability, fraud prevention.
Consent: checkout tick before payment; you can withdraw marketing consent separately. We do not sell your leads to third-party advertisers.
Processors
Stripe (payments and customer portal), Neon (database), Vercel (hosting), Resend (transactional email when configured). Each processes data only to provide that service.
Retention
We keep account and Space data while the subscription is active and for a limited period after cancel so you can resume or we can meet tax/accounting duties, then delete or anonymise on request where the law allows.
Your rights (GDPR / KVKK)
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, and — where applicable — portability. In Türkiye you may apply under KVKK art. 11 (learn, correct, delete, object to processing).
To exercise rights, email from the address on your order via Space Assist, or write through the contact details on imartdesign.xyz. We will not ask you to use WhatsApp as the only path.
You may lodge a complaint with your local authority (in Türkiye: Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu).
Cookies
Essential: imart_space (httpOnly session), locale and market preference cookies. These are required for login and the correct price. We do not use them to sell ads.
