Terms of use
These terms govern access to IMARTSPACE (the Growth OS) and related sites operated by IMART, a studio of Maison Sacko. Paying for a plan creates a Stripe subscription. Space opens when payment succeeds.
The product
IMARTSPACE is software: inventory, branded content tools, a client site, lead capture, team seats (where included), and Assist. The Maison Sacko studio is an optional production layer — not required to use Space after you pay.
Features depend on the plan and modules you buy. We may change the product, provided we do not strip paid entitlements without notice or a refund path via Stripe.
Accounts and access
After payment we email your Space login code and a link to https://www.imartdesign.xyz/space. Keep the code private. You are responsible for activity under your Space.
If you lose the code, request a resend from the Space login page using the email on the order. Do not share magic links that contain a session token.
Billing, change, cancel
Subscriptions renew monthly via Stripe until you cancel. You can change plan, update the card, or cancel in Space (Billing) or the Stripe customer portal — without WhatsApp.
Cancel stops future renewals. Access remains until the paid period ends unless Stripe reports the subscription as canceled or unpaid, in which case Space is frozen until you resume payment.
Failed payments may mark the Space past due. We do not store card numbers; Stripe does.
Your content
Listings, logos, copy, and leads you add remain yours. You grant us a licence to host and process them so Space can run. You must have the right to the photos and data you upload (including listing portals you paste from).
We may remove content that is unlawful or that we reasonably believe infringes others.
Acceptable use
Do not attack the service, scrape other customers’ Spaces, or use IMARTSPACE to send unlawful marketing. Rate limits and session cookies exist to protect the product.
Liability
Space is provided as a business tool. We do not guarantee a number of sales. To the extent permitted by law, our liability in a billing period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. This does not limit liability that cannot be excluded (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
